Printing Technology
In this course, students learn to set up and operate offset and digital printing presses and process print jobs. They also learn to create and print digital graphics. Students may also learn about speciality printing, including flexography and screen printing. Here you also learn some common concepts found in printing technology courses: Types of presses, Plates, Ink, Materials used, Color, Software, Digital file storing etc.

Programme Objectives
The program’s goal is to give students the hands-on experience, academic understanding, and practical skills they need to succeed in careers in printing technology.
Among the specific programme goals of the B.Voc. in Printing Technology are the following:
- To give students a comprehensive understanding of printing technology, covering its history, its guiding principles, and numerous printing techniques, including offset printing, flexography, gravure, and digital printing.
- To attain students in using software tools for production planning and control, such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), as well as procedures for quality control, cost management, and inventory management.
- To impart knowledge and abilities to students regarding the choice, management, and storage of materials for various printing processes.
- To provide knowledge on printing design to students, covering colour theory, typography, layout design, and prepress procedures, including colour separation and picture preparation.

About Fees Structure
Selected candidates will have to deposit the fee within ten working days after the declaration of the Successful candidate’s list. Students can pay the fee by any mode – Online/ Cheque/Draft.
